Tourtière is a traditional Canadian (Quebec) recipe, often served around the Christmas holidays. I used to make this with my Grandmother who was from Quebec.

My oh My, Apple Pie
Don’t buy apple pie, it’s so much better from scratch and really very simple. Love this seasonal fall favourite and use the leftover pastry for jam tarts too!
